Privacy

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone number, stay dates and number of guests. We use them to confirm and manage your stay and to contact you about it.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your booking details are stored in our reservation system (Hostaway) and our own booking records.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people and services needed to run your stay, such as cleaning staff and the payment processor, or when the law requires it.
