Ocean Park and Calle Loíza
Most of our homes are here, on and around Calle Loíza, a few blocks from Ocean Park Beach. Mornings are quiet and residential. In the evening the street fills up with restaurants, cafes and bars.
You can walk to the beach in five to eight minutes from most homes. Condado is a short walk west, and Old San Juan is about ten minutes away by car.
