Spot is located right on Calle Loiza, so you know you can count on: amazing food, enriching nightlife, sunny weather and good times.

SPOT is a 3 story building located on historic Loiza Street. It boasts multiple restaurants and a tattoo studio on the second floor. The entire property is covered by art, all made by local artists for your enjoyment. Rooms are private as well as bathrooms. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get; a private space for all of your peers and family members.

It was a good stay. The location is prime for everything. Close proximity to plenty of good beaches, old San Juan and relatively easy to travel from for a day trip across the island. It was a good home base for the week in PR🇵🇷. Had a great time. Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic!!! just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The apartment itself is Art, beautiful, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. The high-speed internet was a huge plus for staying connected. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us through Airbnb!
I absolutely loved my experience here! The beach was only a 6-min walk and our hosts provided us with beach towels. Kasalta Bakery was a short walk for breakfast. This location was an easy pickup/drop-off spot for Uber. The designs on the walls were amazing. Even though there was a tattoo shop below us, I never noticed a sound. It was peaceful. The only concern I had was that other people in the building kept leaving the front gate open which was slightly scary for girl travelers. Other than that, for the price, it was definitely worth the stay!
The tattoo shop in the same building is what sold me and all the beautiful art work... will be back
This home was amazing . I 10/10 plan to book again. It was easy to walk to the beach, the place is beautiful and comfortable, and best of all only a quick uber ride to anywhere you wish to go outside of your walking preference.
