Booking terms

These terms apply to stays booked on jatibproperty.com. Stays booked on Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com follow that site's terms.

Payment

The total shown before payment includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee and Puerto Rico's room occupancy tax. You pay the full amount by card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card is authorized first and charged only once your reservation is confirmed. If the dates cannot be confirmed, the authorization is released and nothing is charged.

Cancellation

• Cancel 60 or more days before check-in: 95% of the total is refunded.
• Cancel 30 to 59 days before check-in: 50% is refunded.
• Cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund.

To cancel, email Reservations@jatibproperty.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are listed on each home's page. We are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Arrival instructions and the exact address are sent before your stay.

During your stay

The number of guests may not exceed the number booked. Follow the house rules shown on the home's page and in the home. Please contact us right away about anything that is not working.
