This space features works from acclaimed artists such as JC Rivera and the 1up Crew. Located right on Calle Loiza; you can count on amazing food, enriching nightlife, sunny weather and good times.

SPOT is a 3 story building located on historic Loiza Street. It boasts multiple restaurants and a tattoo studio on the second floor. The entire property is covered by art, all made by local artists for your enjoyment. Rooms are private as well as bathrooms. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get; a private space for all of your peers and family members.

- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.
House rules
Smoking is only allowed in the Balcony area, do not toss butts/roaches into the street. Throw them out in the trash. Smoking inside/smoke smell will result in a heavy fine.

Cozy apartment with great restaurants and the beach within walking distance! This stay was a 5/5 ⭐️ and i would recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico.
I enjoyed the Brita in the fridge and the balcony ! Tattoo shop on the second floor is very tempting !
Had a wonderful stay!
I had a fantastic stay! I felt safe, loved the balcony, and the location was ideal. Everything was walkable, the beach was super close, and I’d definitely stay here again. There was a city wide power outage which was out of the hosts control, but the made it right and were super responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
