SPOT#2 on Calle Loiza 2025 provides its guests with an excellent, newly renovated and beautiful place to stay while enjoying their time on the island. Just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach and located right in the middle of one of the most desired nightlife spots on the island, you can be glad to call SPOT#2 your home away from home, especially after a long day of sunbathing and socializing.

SPOT is a 3 story building located on historic Loiza Street. It boasts multiple restaurants and a tattoo studio on the second floor. The entire property is covered by art, all made by local artists for your enjoyment. Rooms are private as well as bathrooms. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get; a private space for all of your peers and family members.

Calle Loiza is a trendy destination for restaurants and bars and shopping. Similar to the Lower East Side it offers a friendly atmosphere of locals and tourists going about their lives. A few blocks from the the best urban beach in San Juan and loads of sources for food and other necessities its a top location for your stay in urban Puerto Rico.
Street parking is available. Private parking is available at SPOT for a fee. Easy to get around by walking, Uber, taxi and scooter.

- No early check-in or late check-out.
- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.

Great stay for a short trip
Conveniently located in Isla Verde and a 5 min walk from Playa Ocean Park. There are plenty of food options within shouting distance and, most important for me, nightly salsa a 4 min drive or 15 min walk down Calle Loiza. Hosts we're incredibly proactive about making sure I had everything I needed. Be warned that it does have windows facing Calle Loiza, which is a very busy street from dawn to at least 2AM. If you intend to sleep in in the mornings, make sure you pack earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. Was not an overall detractor from the incredibly lovely, conveniently located experience I had.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. The place was clean, quiet, easy to access, and communication with the hosts was effective. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the bathroom was clean, it would be helpful to have towel hooks and a shelf for toiletries. The step leading up to the bathroom is also quite high, so a warning sign would help prevent guests from tripping. A mirror in the bedroom or living room would also be very useful. Since there were two of us, we had to use the hallway mirror to get ready. Additionally, the main window does not provide much privacy because people can see inside from outside, so adding curtains or blinds would make guests feel more comfortable. Despite these suggestions, we liked the place and appreciated its excellent location, peaceful atmosphere, easy check-in, and responsive hosts.
Roly was very responsiveness and gave us great recommendations for nearby spots! the place was very tidy and easy to check in. we truly enjoyed our stay and loved the airbnb!
