The space This property features multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, cooking, hanging out, and enjoying Island Life. The house is divided into four private units which are all yours. Each one fully independent inside with no shared interior spaces, no shared kitchens. Every unit has its own entrance, its own layout, and its own privacy.
Outside, the property is built like a small boutique compound. Where your group has the opportunity to mingle with each other.

- No early check-in or late check-out.
- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.
House rules
No parties or events. No smoking. No pets. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum 6 guests. Check-in from 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM. Please treat the home with care and let us know right away about any damage or issues.

Incredibly convenient & walkable. Cafe Regina, across the street, was outstanding for breakfast/ brunch. Many amazing restaurants near by.
This was a last minute booking due to another air bnb being an epic fail. He was very helpful with the last minute booking and his place was exactly in the perfect spot it was within walking distance of many of the tho ga we wanted to do and not to mention only a walk away from the beach he was very accommodating and helpful
Really decent sized Airbnb especially if you don’t plan on staying a significant amount of time indoor. Significantly small pool shared with the others condos around. Pool didn’t look the cleanest but for our group wasn’t a big deal. Generally, good place to stay in with fantastic A/C.
Easy to find and a comfortable stay
Location was great! The host was answering all my questions within minutes!
Place was huge for the price. Very nice and neat, You will definitely not suffer from the summer heat once you get back from enjoying the area. We were never affected by the power outage in the area. Felt safe and secure. Highly recommended!
