The space This property features multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, cooking, hanging out, and enjoying Island Life. The house is divided into four private units which are all yours. Each one fully independent inside with no shared interior spaces, no shared kitchens. Every unit has its own entrance, its own layout, and its own privacy.
Outside, the property is built like a small boutique compound. Where your group has the opportunity to mingle with each other.

- No early check-in or late check-out.
- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.
House rules
No parties or events. No smoking. No pets. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum 6 guests. Check-in from 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM. Please treat the home with care and let us know right away about any damage or issues.

Very nice as the pictures, comfortable, clean, neat, balcony for fresh air without having to leave the residence. Has chairs and cooler available for the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
The stay with Roly was great. They were super responsive. We had one issue with the bathroom, but they called a plumber and had it taken care of right away! The place was very clean and in a very convenient location with great places to eat nearby.
Me and my cousins had an amazing time . The location was perfect , we traveled by Uber to party everything was very close and walkable. The host was attentive and informative and the space was very clean and cozy!!
