The space is a new, simple, clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. One large bedroom, one small - both with comfortable queen size beds, ceiling fans and AC. The large bedroom has a private balcony. The living room is somewhat small but comfortable and has a large smart tv and full - but small kitchen. It's a sunlit and inspiring space directly on the bustling Calle Loiza.
The space is yours as described above but the building features an urban art gallery and gallery restaurant
Im usually around but I've set up the place to be self sufficient getting in and out with entry codes. We're opening the gallery and restaurant so please stop by if you see us open and say hi.
Calle Loiza is a trendy destination for restaurants and bars and shopping. Similar to the Lower East Side it offers a friendly atmosphere of locals and tourists going about their lives. A few blocks from the the best urban beach in San Juan and loads of sources for food and other necessities its a top location for your stay in urban Puerto Rico.
Street parking is available. Private parking is available at SPOT for a fee. Easy to get around by walking, Uber, taxi and scooter.

Great place loved it has everything u need
Great place! Instructions were clear and it was easy to find. All hosts were very quick to respond. Place was as described and advertised. Surrounded around unlimited food options and stores. 5-8min walk from the beach as well. Streets can be slightly noisy at times but it was never disturbing. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
Definitely would stay in this Airbnb again, everything was close by, and the place was clean and spacious. Everything was amazing, thank you so much for being so helpful!
This location makes you feel like a local! Everything is in walking distance, Condado beach is less than 10 minutes away, and TONS of food options nearby. The apartment was clean and secure. We didn’t bring beach towels but to our surprise there were many in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!
Great price, comfortable brand new apartment right on Calle Loíza. Living room stays cool despite no AC, ACs in the room work fine. Hot water and had no issue with it, it appears that the apartment has water cistern/tank. Comfy couch, the TV is nice but I struggled to log into anything. Kitchen has all the right appliances, although i would note that there definitely is not enough plates, cups, pots and pans. Was hard to manage with 2 people and would be impossible to prepare food for 4. Beach towels, but no chairs. Overall a good value and nice place to stay but could be much better if a small amount was invested in extra kitchen supplies. One thing to note with Unit 1 specifically, it has windows all around facing Calle Loiza which can make it quite noisy. Would not recommend for light sleepers.
The place is comfortable and a easy walk to the beach. Great place to stay if you are going to spend most of your time exploring.
