The space This property features multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, cooking, hanging out, and enjoying Island Life. The house is divided into four private units which are all yours. Each one fully independent inside with no shared interior spaces, no shared kitchens. Every unit has its own entrance, its own layout, and its own privacy.
Outside, the property is built like a small boutique compound. Where your group has the opportunity to mingle with each other.

- Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 11am.
- No early check-in or late check-out.
- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.

Great location! Great access to the beach, restaurants, and the airport!
We had a great stay and really appreciated how attentive and accommodating the hosts were throughout our time here. There was an ongoing water situation affecting the area during our stay, which was completely outside of their control, but they communicated with us, stayed on top of everything, and did everything they could to make sure our group was as comfortable as possible. They were also incredibly accommodating on our last day. Even after checkout, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the property so we could go enjoy breakfast without having to carry everything around with us, which made our travel day so much easier. The property itself was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group. We truly appreciated the hospitality, communication, and effort they put into making sure we still had a great experience despite the circumstances with the water. Thank you again for taking such good care of us! 🤍
