The space This property features multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, cooking, hanging out, and enjoying Island Life. The house is divided into four private units which are all yours. Each one fully independent inside with no shared interior spaces, no shared kitchens. Every unit has its own entrance, its own layout, and its own privacy.
Outside, the property is built like a small boutique compound. Where your group has the opportunity to mingle with each other.

- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.
House rules
No parties or events. No smoking. No pets. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum 6 guests. Check-in from 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM. Please treat the home with care and let us know right away about any damage or issues.

Great Space close to everything clean and very responsive host
Roly’s place was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed, it was a short drive away from most things I wanted to do & it was aesthetically pleasing. Roly and his team were very responsive, we did have one night where the electricity went out, but they answered all of our questions and made things feel at ease.
