The space This property features multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, cooking, hanging out, and enjoying Island Life. The house is divided into four private units which are all yours. Each one fully independent inside with no shared interior spaces, no shared kitchens. Every unit has its own entrance, its own layout, and its own privacy.
Outside, the property is built like a small boutique compound. Where your group has the opportunity to mingle with each other.

- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.
House rules
No parties or events. No smoking. No pets. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Maximum 4 guests. Check-in from 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM. Please treat the home with care and let us know right away about any damage or issues.

Nice place to stay near the beach and airport
Great place highly recommend
Great location, everything is close, has 3 parking space, that’s a plus ! Very clean. Hot water ! Definitely staying again
clean and cute place with such a nice outdoor space. host was very responsive and helpful. plus only a 5 minute walk to the beach!
They didn’t mention that there were going to be power outages frequently. No beach gear like they listed also the waterfall in pool wasn’t turning on. Couldn’t find the WiFi box and the WiFi didn’t work for the first two days of our trip. It was an okay stay but for our first time going to PR and using Airbnb we are dissatisfied.
Very nice and cozy. The place is small and intimate. Convenient location to the beach, gas stations, and restaurants
