Vintage Puerto Rican apartment on historic Calle Loíza, a 6 minute walk to the beach. Two bedrooms (one queen bed, one full bed), each with its own air conditioning, a bright living room with a ceiling fan, a plant-filled dining nook, a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker, and a bathroom with a tub. Original green tile floors and local art give it real island character. Cafés, bars and restaurants are right outside, and Old San Juan is a short drive away.
The apartment is on the second floor of a three-story building on Calle Loíza.

The two bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room, dining nook and kitchen are cooled by a ceiling fan and windows.
The whole apartment is yours for your stay. Self check-in is with a lockbox, and the apartment is up one flight of stairs (no elevator). Hallways and stairs are shared with the rest of the building.

Calle Loíza is one of San Juan's liveliest streets, in the heart of Santurce right next to Ocean Park. Once a local shopping street, it is now full of coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and street art, with a real neighborhood feel. The beach is about a 6 minute walk away, and Condado and Old San Juan are a short drive.
Everything nearby is walkable, including the beach, restaurants and bars. For longer trips, Uber is easy to get anywhere in the metro area, and scooters are available through the Bird app. The airport (SJU) is about 10 minutes away by car. If you rent a car, there is free street parking nearby.
