Calle Loiza is vibrant, lively, urban. Personally one of my favorite places on the island in terms of mixing culture with the city and proximity to the coast

House rules
Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, if you'd like to smoke. smoke on the balcony/patio. Do not throw cigarette butts into the street. Any damage caused to the property, furniture will be charged to the guest, including labor needed to fix said damaged items. treat this place with respect and treat the neighborhood with respect.

Roly was great and communicative
Absolutely loved this stay, right in the heart of the Loiza area! Near to tons of food, activities, and local grocery. The porch is a perfect viewpoint on the surrounding area!
Location was good, in a residential area with plenty of local food spots around to check out and the beach area was pretty quiet. Photos match the property. Only real complaint were some neighborhood dogs that barked incessantly.
Roly was a great host response very quickly and he was very help even sent gallons of water over to the property during Puerto Rico, water drought . I can’t say enough but this great host thanks for hosting me and my family!
We loved this stay. It was perfect for our group of three. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The host made sure we had bottled water due to the shutoffs occurring right now. The host was very responsive and we would recommend anyone stay here. Thanks Roly!
Amazing stay. Seamless and descriptive instructions! Roly and his team were quick to respond and the place was as photos and clean. Amenities included were useful and would definitely recommend for others.
