This one bedroom home features, an ample bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen area and outdoor patio area, with outdoor shower. This unit takes great inspiration from Japanese styling, art & culture while also paying tribute to Puerto Rico and its beauty.

- A 9 minute walk from ocean park beach - A 2 minute walk from Culturally rich Loiza Street - 10 Minute drive from historic Old San Juan
Newly Renovated property which incorporates Puerto Rican traditionalist decor with a modern twist. All spaces were designed with accessibility and utility in mind.
Common areas include stairs etc... However everything seen in the listing pictures is yours and only yours, the patio is yours and only yours etc...

Calle Loiza is vibrant, lively, urban. Personally one of my favorite places on the island in terms of mixing culture with the city and proximity to the coast.

- Cancel 60 or more days before check-in for a 95% refund, 30 to 59 days for 50%. After that the stay is non-refundable.
- Your total shows the nightly rate, cleaning and Puerto Rico's 7% room tax, and nothing else. There is no booking-site service fee.
House rules
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit, if you'd like to smoke go the the exterior patio, we will charge you for removing ANY lingering smells. Do not sit on the furniture or linens if you're covered in sunscreen.

Lovely small town-house type of space ideal for couples or singles. Walking distance is perfect to any nearby local gems. Host’s are usually responsive if not the AI will have a rapid response at any given moment.
I had such a great time at Roly's place!! Went here on a solo trip and felt right at home! Roly was v responsive and helpful. Beach is 7 mins away. Food and groceries is around the corner. When I'm back in PR I would definitely be back at Roly's!!
My stay at the Airbnb in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful. The space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with everything I needed to enjoy a relaxing trip. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the beautiful island, enjoy the local food, and experience the culture. Overall, it was a great place to stay and made my Puerto Rico vacation even more enjoyable.
I loved my stay here! The unit was clean, cute, and I loved the bathroom! Roly’s instructions made the unit easy to find and get into. I will definitely be staying here again!

Definitely worth the stay! Especially for solo travelers. Very convenient. Walking distance ( I’m a New Yorker so everything’s walking distance for me lol) and Ubers are very affordable in this location. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location. I loved it so Much I’m thinking about moving to this area or near by.
