About this home

Our studio sits one block from Ocean Park Beach, San Juans most popular beach! Mornings start with coffee and a swim, and nights end on Calle Loíza, where locals go to eat, drink and dance. Condado is a walk away and historic Old San Juan is a short Uber away. The perfect mix of beach vacation and being in the heart!

Inside you’ll find a comfy queen bed, strong A/C, a smart TV, a kitchenette with a table for two, a fresh tiled bathroom and self check-in. Simple, clean and close to everything.

The studio is on the Third floor, up a short flight of outdoor stairs. It’s one open, bright room with windows on three sides, so it gets great natural light, and blackout curtains help when you want to sleep in.

THE ROOM:

A comfy queen bed with nightstands and reading lamps, a loveseat to relax on, a large wall-mounted smart TV and a quiet split A/C unit that keeps things cool. There’s a full closet with hangers, a dresser and a full-length mirror.

THE KITCHENETTE:

Perfect for breakfast and simple meals: a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge with freezer and a sink. We stock pans, a knife set, utensils, plates and wine glasses. A small table for two sits by the window. There is no oven.

THE BATHROOM:

Recently renovated, with a walk-in rain shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and fresh towels for your stay.

Check-in is easy with a keypad smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

Please note: the studio is on the third floor, and the last stretch to reach it is a spiral staircase. It can be tricky with heavy luggage and may not be a good fit for guests with limited mobility, knee or balance issues, or a fear of stairs. If you have any concerns, message us before booking and we’ll gladly answer your questions.

The entire studio is yours for your stay, with private entry through a keypad smart lock.

Check-in is fully self-service, so you can settle in at your own pace. We’re a local team based in San Juan and are always just a message away through the app. We usually reply quickly, and if something needs attention in person, someone from our team can be there fast. We’re also happy to share our favorite beach spots, restaurants and things to do nearby, so don’t hesitate to ask!

We’re tucked between Condado and Ocean Park, one block from the beach , where locals jog, and catch the breeze of the ocean. Ocean Park Beach is one of San Juan’s favorites, with calm stretches for swimming, kitesurfers on windy days and plenty of room to spread out.

A few minutes’ walk puts you on Calle Loíza and McLeary Avenue, packed with coffee shops, brunch spots, local restaurants, bars and small boutiques. Condado’s hotels and dining are an easy walk west, and Old San Juan is Nearby.

This is one of the most walkable parts of San Juan. The beach, Barbosa Park, Calle Loíza’s restaurants and bars, and Condado are all reachable on foot, so you may not need a car for most of your stay.

For everything else, Uber is easy to find around here. The airport (SJU) is about 10 to 15 minutes away, and Old San Juan is about 15 minutes. If you plan to explore El Yunque, the west coast or other parts of the island, we recommend renting a car for those days.
