Welcome to Nichiyōbi House「UNIT #1「Koneko」where Puerto Rican culture meets Japanese styling. Relax in the heart of San Juan, only a two minute walk from Ocean Park Beach. Everything has been built from the ground up in this newly designed & renovated apartment. You are only:

This Property is a multi level home. 3 levels total, this home is located on level two. Each level is its own rental unit, the entire floor is yours. There is a shared outdoor shower to rinse the sand of when coming back from the beach or to cool down. This property is located across the street from the beach. 2 minute walk. we include beach chairs, beach towels in your rental. The interior of the property is highly inspired by Japanese folklore and themes. You sleep on a very comfortable queen mattress but you sleep like you traditionally would, on the floor with a mat separating the mattress and floor. There is a wooden Makeshifft "bedframe" or risen platform which surrounds your bed to keep the mattress snug.

Smoking allowed in the exterior area by the outdoor shower and spiral staircase. Absolutely no smoking inside. You'll be charged for all odor elimination methods required. Don't toss your cigarette Butts on the floor or on the ground, throw them out in the trash.

This Airbnb was very convenient to the San Juan area. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! You could uber or rent a scooter to all the major excursions, bars, restaurants and local historic sites. Plan on returning and staying here again. Great experience!
I had an amazing time on my trip at this location was in prime central. We walked almost everywhere. Unless you wanted to go out to explore. It was a quick Uber ride all the Uber that we did or less than $10. I would definitely recommend.
This place was very ideally located within walking distance of supermarkets, beach, restaurants. It is VERY CLEAN and very much easy to turn into a home. Would definitely recommend this spot.
Very nice stay stay. Roly was very kind and helped at any time with very fast responses. The apartman was very easy to find and close to everything. It was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. We even got the shampoo and the conditioner which I didn’t expect to find.
Good stay. Close to nearby places. Would recommend. Only “complaint” is shower head had very weak pressure and definitely deserves an upgrade. Overall loved this cute spot.
